After arriving, go upstairs and catch the free outlet shuttle bus (every 15 minutes) to Hakone Gora. 🌊🎢 Use your all-day pass at 1:00 p.m. to travel from Gotemba Outlet to Hakone Gora; 13:30-14:20: Store your luggage at Gora Station and have lunch nearby; 🌸🍃14:20-15:00: Gora Park (The park is average and small, and admission is free with the Hakone Free Pass. You can skip it if time is tight); 15:10-16:30: Hakone Open-Air Museum 🌟🌟, 1,900 yen per person (discounted with the Hakone Free Pass). The Picasso exhibition is definitely worth a visit, and you can also warm up with a footbath; 🌺🌇 16:40-17:20: Take the train from Gora Station to Hakone Yumoto; 17:30: Check into the Hakone Yumoto Yoshinoike Hotel.
