Japanese cuisine guide in Hawaii
🤎Izakaya Uosan Wins with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The sea urchin and egg yolk rice is my favorite, sweet and very creamy. The grilled foie gras with otoro tuna is a very popular and stunning sushi dish. You can't go wrong with any dish here. 💰 per person: $80 (Michelin-level taste, it's worth it!) 🤎Aburiya Ibushi An excellent charcoal grill skewer restaurant for those who love hot food. The signature dish is oxtail porridge, which is very delicious and genuine. I really like the various grilled beef skewers, with different parts having different sauces, so the taste is not monotonous. It also maintains the original flavor of various ingredients, and grilled vegetables like asparagus are also very impressive. 💵 per person: $35-40 (Incredibly cheap) 🤎Izakaya Torae Torae A great izakaya with very fresh fish. I really like the signature dish, hamachi carpaccio, which has a unique taste. The sea urchin and fish roe rice is also exceptional. The Japanese fried chicken is also great! The downside is that it's very popular, so the service is slow, and you need to make a reservation in advance. 💰 per person: $45 (Super cost-effective) #Hawaii #Izakaya Torae Torae#Aburiya Ibushi #Izakaya Uosan #Japanese cuisine
