JJ Beaumarchais - My Go-To Parisian Restaurant

🍮 JJ Beaumarchais - 92 Boulevard Beaumarchais, 75011 Paris. I’ve been keeping this modern French restaurant a secret for a while, and I’ve already visited it five times. I hope this post won’t make it too popular and affect its quality (haha, maybe I’m overthinking). But to be honest, this is my favorite French restaurant in Paris! I’ve never been disappointed by any of my visits. ✹ Highlights: Weekly Changing Secret Menu: You won’t know what you’re going to eat until you get there. The unknown makes it more exciting and full of surprises! High-Quality Dishes at Reasonable Prices: The food is comparable to Michelin-starred restaurants. The Saturday lunch set menu is €35 for three courses and €42 for four courses; the evening menu is €48 for four courses and €61 for five courses. Warm and Comfortable Atmosphere: It feels like visiting a friend’s home. The service is friendly and attentive. Before the meal, they introduce each dish and its preparation, making you feel very welcome. ❀ What I Particularly Love: After visiting so many times, I always look forward to seeing how the chef integrates new flavors into his signature techniques. In French cuisine, it’s common to turn ingredients into foam, but at JJ, the surprise lies in not knowing which ingredients will be turned into foam and how they will be unexpectedly seasoned.
