• Lobster Terrine: So fresh and naturally sweet! The caviar tops delicate crab meat—not too salty at all. Personally loved it! 🦞🌟 • Potato Crisps with Black Truffle: Tasty, though not mind-blowing. Simple but satisfying. 🥔🍄 • Scallop with Caviar: Absolutely delicious! The turnip on the side was my first time trying it—okay, but maybe I’m just not a veggie person. 😅🍴 • Chestnut Soup with Truffle & Bacon Foam: Loved the chestnut and truffle flavors! The foam was a bit unusual, but the smoky bacon bits really elevated it. 🥣💫 • Onion Soup: Way too salty…😬 But the crispy croutons inside were great! The cabbage roll was average, but the truffle lobster dumpling was a dream! The egg custard was silky and flavorful—forgot what was in it, but it was amazing! 🥟🍳 • Black Cod: Tender and flaky! Sauce was a bit salty but paired wonderfully with wine. 🍷🐟 • Venison: Surprisingly tender with no gamey taste! The accompanying dumpling was unexpectedly delicious! Red wine sauce was rich but not overpowering, and the roasted pear was juicy and refreshing—perfect balance! 🍐🦌 • Wagyu Beef: Incredibly tender and surprisingly the least heavy of all the wagyu I’ve tried lately! The roasted garlic clove alongside was a genius touch! 🥩🧄 • Desserts Were a Dream!: The white crisp was refreshing! Lemon foam with grapes—felt like popping candy inside?! 🍇💥 • Edible Cocoa Bowl: Adorable and not too sweet—complex layers of flavor I can’t even recall, but it was delicious! 🍫❤️ • Dessert Cart Was HUGE!: So many choices—I had no idea how to pick!
