This beef shank can totally rival the one I had at that Korean spot in Lougheed!! Both are massive, but this one costs 18.75 per bowl, which is actually over 2 cheaper than the Korean place! The broth is originally non-spicy, but the server asked if I wanted to add some heat—of course I went for medium spice 😆 (I love that numbing, spicy kick!).
