๐ Kichijoji Food and Stroll ๐ถโโ๏ธ๐ถโโ๏ธ
On the last day of a three-day break, I spontaneously decided to head to Kichijoji for some food and shopping. ๐๏ธ๐ข Didn't do much research this time, just purely documenting life. ๐ธ (๏ผพโก๏ผพ)ใฃโ It took about 40 minutes by train from Ueno. ๐ Got off the station at 11:30, feeling a bit peckish. ๐ Decided to head straight to ๐ White Beard Puff Pastry Workshop. No line, so I bought mango and chocolate flavors. ๐ฅญ๐ซ The cream was delicious, but the puff pastry was a bit hard, probably to maintain the shape. ๐ Then, I wanted to stroll and have lunch at ๐ Shiho, but there was a long queue. I took a look inside, and the smell of smoke was quite strong, so I decided to change my plans. ๐ถโโ๏ธ๐ถโโ๏ธ Walking back to the station, I suddenly remembered the famous ๐ Satou beef balls. ๐ก Joined the queue and got one. It was unexpectedly huge, with fragrant beef and a golden crispy exterior. One was enough to fill me up! (ใฃหฺกหฯ) The whole Kichijoji area is quite small, all within a 15-minute walk. ๐ถโโ๏ธ๐ถโโ๏ธ I walked back to ๐ Kichijลji Petit Mura, the "Kichijลji Little Village". Took some time to digest my food, take photos, and check in. The Cat Village is very small, but the whole street is perfect for a leisurely stroll with many fun little shops. We even sat in a small garden for a while, very pleasant. ๐ก๐ฟ Finally, I had a pancake at ๐ FLIPPER'S Kichijoji. ๐ฅ There were far fewer people than in central Tokyo. I ordered the limited-time peach and chocolate mint. ๐๐ฟ The first bite was amazing, it melted in my mouth, but by the end, it was a bit too rich. I suggest those with smaller appetites share one. ๐ฝ๏ธ Feeling content, I headed back to Tokyo. ๐๏ธูฉ(หฬถอฬเฏฐหฬถอฬ)ู #TokyoDayTrip #Kichijoji #KichijojiExploration
