Kin Khao – A Unique Thai Food Adventure in SF! 🍛🌶️

It’s been a while since I shared a food adventure! These past few days, I’ve been on a work trip in San Francisco, soaking in the city life and treating myself to some fancy (and fascinating) meals. One standout: Kin Khao, located on the ground floor of the Hilton. The long line out front and its stellar Google reviews definitely caught my attention — and curiosity! Here’s the takeaway: This place offers a fresh, modern twist on classic Thai street food! Every dish has its own distinct personality — bold, layered, and full of flavor. (Though fair warning — it’s a bit on the pricier side 💸) We ordered four dishes, totaling $130+ 🔥 For spice lovers: Grilled Squid – Surprisingly tender, with a zesty, spicy kick that lingers. So good! 🍯 For those who prefer sweet & savory: Pork Belly Skillet – Juicy, rich, and not overly greasy. Bursting with flavor! Perfect when paired with sticky rice or rice salad. 🥬 The Brussels Sprouts were solid — wok-tossed with nice aroma — but didn’t stand out as much compared to the others.
