Kochi Korean One-Michelin-Star Restaurant 🌟

Kochi is a one-Michelin-star Korean restaurant. The fixed tasting menu is $145 per person. While the restaurant’s ambiance wasn’t as stunning as I had imagined, the presentation and flavors of the dishes were quite impressive. 🍃 Overall, I would give it four stars. The portion sizes and prices felt just right, but the dining atmosphere could be enhanced. The scallops and flounder left the strongest impression on me. The flavor combinations were truly amazing! 🏙️ The duck wasn’t quite up to Michelin standards in terms of texture, but the pairing with pomelo flavor and the charred aroma was still a delightful combination. 🎢 The dessert options were very considerate. My friend and I don’t like bananas, so the chef specially prepared two different desserts for us. One was a red bean cake with sesame paste, which we absolutely loved. It wasn’t overly sweet, and the sesame paste had the taste of breakfast sesame paste! 🌊 The other was a lemon tart, with just the right balance of sweet and sour. The small portion was actually a bit too small to satisfy our cravings! 🌸 #NewYorkRestaurant #Michelin 🍔🌟
