ππΌ I absolutely love the beef tartare sprinkled with truffle, and the creamy, milky bone marrow handmade noodles. ππΌ The sizzling Omaha steak is incredibly delicious on its own without any sauce, not to mention when it's accompanied by caviar. ππΌ The sea urchin rice is incredibly fragrant!! Not only is the rice mixed with sea urchin, but it's also topped with two rows of generous amounts of sea urchin. ππΌ Both desserts, one tangy and refreshing, the other rich and creamy, are both delicious.
