Lately, I've been watching Korean dramas with all those CEO characters eating, and I got a serious craving for soft tofu stew and spicy marinated raw crab! 🥘🦀 As soon as I walked in and saw the place full of Korean customers, I knew—this meal was going to be legit! 👌 Its Tofu 📍 4790 Irvine Blvd Suite 106, Irvine, CA 92620 🦀 Spicy Marinated Raw Crab (Ganjang Gejang) The sauce was so fragrant and savory! Squeeze out the crab meat and mix it with white rice or tea-soaked rice—it’s absolutely delicious! 🍚✨ 🥘 Beef Soft Tofu Stew Served bubbling hot! Don’t forget to crack a raw egg into it. The beef portions were super generous too. 🥩🍳 🥩 Grilled LA Galbi (Short Ribs) Each piece was grilled to perfection—crispy outside, tender inside! The portion size was really satisfying. 🔥 🍲 Stone Pot Bibimbap Packed with ingredients! The rice at the bottom was nice and crispy. 🥢 🐟 Yellow Croaker We got two fish, but they were pretty bland—not recommended. 👎 The banchan (side dishes) had a good variety and were refillable.
