Ktown Korean Cuisine in New York--Take 31
1️⃣ Korean Ceviche 🥗 This is so refreshing in the summer~It's a mix of scallops, flounder, squid, and crisp vegetables, all in a cool sauce that's slightly sweet and sour. 2️⃣ Melona Makgulli 🍈 The first sip is like... Heaven! It's like a smoothie version of melon milk, with a very light taste of alcohol, and the mouth is filled with the sweet fragrance of melon and milk. 3️⃣ Kimchi Cold Noodles 🍜 The noodles are more chewy than regular buckwheat noodles, and the apple slices and kimchi make the whole dish more refreshing, but it's not as tasty as the Ceviche. 4️⃣ Boiled Pork Belly with Kimchi 🥓 The thick-cut pork belly is fatty but not greasy! Mixed with Korean chili sauce, served with kimchi and scallion shreds, the feeling of eating meat in big bites is incredibly satisfying! 5️⃣ Beef Rib Stew Noodles 🍝 It's the same dish from "Parasite"! It's the best Jjajangmyeon I've had in Ktown. The salty and fragrant sauce coats the noodles, and you have to break the runny egg and mix it all together with the beef for a big bite. 📍Take 31 15 E 31st St, New York, NY 10016 #New York#Take 31#food diary
