L'Industrie Pizzeria
Brooklyn’s Must-Try Michelin One-Star Restaurant and Its Perfect Pizza Pairing 🍕🌟 🌸 The Four Horsemen is always fully booked, but one day at noon, I passed by and was told that a table might be available in half an hour. 🏙️ I left my phone number and headed straight to L’industrie Pizza on the neighboring street to wait in line. I ordered one slice with red sauce and one with white sauce, and I absolutely loved the white one with fig jam & bacon!!! The sweet and savory combination was heavenly, and the freshly baked pizza was crispy and perfect! 💯 🌊 I managed to finish here in half an hour and rushed back to The Four Horsemen just in time for the next seating. 🌟 Seafood Rice👏🏻 The dish features a refreshing mix of chilled crab meat and mussels formed into a delicious meatball. The rice is perfectly cooked—soft and not underdone, with a sprinkle of chili powder that adds a nice kick. 🎢 Summer Squash👏🏻 The blanched zucchini is topped with smoked eel and a white sauce that’s whipped into a light foam, making it anything but greasy. The occasional lemon zest adds a refreshing touch, perfect for a summer day. 🌟Beetroot If you’re not a fan of the earthy taste of beets, avoid this dish—it’s quite strong. The apricot and cheese do help to mask some of the earthiness, but it’s still quite pronounced. This one was a bit of a miss for me. 🍃 The lunch menu that day wasn’t very extensive, and some of the dishes I was interested in weren’t available. To be honest, while I did get to experience a Michelin one-star meal, it just didn’t quite match the satisfaction I got from those two slices of pizza. 🫡 🌟 #NYCAdventures #NYCMichelin 🌆🌟
