🔥 LA’s Michelin-Starred Texas BBQ — Moo’s Craft Barbecue

This place truly lives up to the hype! 🏆 Walk in and you're greeted by a wall of awards — Michelin recognition from 2022 through 2024. We arrived before opening and there was already a line; when we left, the queue was even longer. We definitely over-ordered for two people 😅 The brisket was perfectly fatty and juicy, and the ribs were incredibly flavorful. The pulled pork was good, but didn’t stand out as much. Their house-made sauces on every table added a nice touch though! 🍖✨ A little goes a long way — I’d recommend about half a pound of meat per person. We had roughly one pound of brisket and half a pound each of pulled pork and sausage… needless to say, we took leftovers home! Paired our meal with an IPA and a wheat beer from the bar — both solid, and surprisingly strong! 🍺💫 But the banana pudding? Absolutely heavenly 😭 Layers of caramel cookies, fresh bananas, and creamy pudding — a must-order dessert. A sweet moment: the counter lady accidentally gave me pulled pork instead of ribs, so she gifted us two extra ribs to make up for it. Total kindness 🥹 One small gripe: even in this counter-service setup, a service charge was automatically added.
