LA|Ktown Soy Marinated Crab 🦀
Finally made it back to my happy place last week!! 🥳 Caught up with a long-time-no-see friend and finally tried Korean soy marinated crab together. Since I don’t eat raw crab, I can’t fully judge how delicious it really is, but from a presentation perspective, this place might just be the peak of Korean dining! 🥲✨ 📍 Ha Sun Saeng-Master Ha Wagyu Bibimbap — I feel like the meat wasn’t even the priciest part of this bowl (ok, it was still expensive 😅). The real highlight was the plating!! The side dishes included fresh oysters, steamed egg custard, and other unexpected delicacies—so fancy! Beef Short Rib Soup (Galbi Tang) — Probably the most reasonably priced item, and the broth was delicious! Then again, has Galbi soup ever tasted bad? 🤣 Soy Marinated Crab + Shrimp — The presentation was absolutely gorgeous! 💖 Aesthetics-loving me was thrilled. No idea how it tasted though… Pro tip: Remember to ask the staff for rice—not sure if it’s supposed to come automatically, but they didn’t bring it until we asked. Also, the spicy marinated crab from the side dishes can be refilled for free, so no need to order an extra portion if you want more! After the meal, we grabbed a drink at Cafe De Mama 🥤🥳 So glad they haven’t raised their prices over all these years! Next time, I’m trying their persimmon milk for sure~ 🤤 #LAEats #LAKtown #KoreanFood #LosAngeles #LA #LAFoodie #SoyCrab #KtownEats #FoodPresentation #AestheticDining #CafeDeMama #KoreanCuisine #FoodieAdventure #RawCrab #SeafoodLovers #LaLife
