LA｜Sushi Sonagi 🍣 Officially My New Favorite!

A completely satisfying meal ✨ Haven’t even finished yet but already thinking about when to come back for round two! 🔁❤️ The chef is super super cute 😄 The flavors are a bit different from traditional omakase—lighter and subtly infused with Korean touches. The chef is Korean-American, which really shines through in his creations! 🇰🇷🍣 The red prawn was incredibly fresh and sweet 🍤💖 One standout was the tofu soup—so deeply flavorful and surprisingly rich! The dessert was also unique: a yuzu sorbet pudding hybrid… refreshing and delicious 🍧😋 The whole course felt very balanced. Not all raw—there was a good mix of cooked dishes that left my stomach feeling warm and happy 🥰🔥 Service was excellent too! Ended with a handwritten card… such a thoughtful touch 💌 Currently my favorite omakase in LA!
