OMG, this place made me feel like I was back in China! 😭 "Fish With You" in KTown serves up those authentic, homely Chinese flavors we all miss—and the prices are straight out of 2005! Is this really LA in 2025?! 🫢 We tried their signature Suan Cai Yu (Pickled Fish Soup) in a single portion for just $19.95, and the portion was HUGE! The black fish slices were thick and tender, and the broth was perfectly balanced—sour, spicy, and so comforting 🥹. But that’s not all! We also ordered: Mao Xue Wang (Blood Curd & Tripe Stew) Jin Tang Fei Niu (Golden Soup with Fatty Beef) Green Pepper Popcorn Chicken Every. Single. Dish. Brought us joy—and major rice-stealing energy 😋! The green pepper popcorn chicken was a totally new experience—crispy, numbing, and addictive. The double portion of the fish soup is only $29.95 and comes with rice. You can easily leave full and happy for $15 per person—in KTown?! Unheard of!
