Who knew that right next to Sul & Beans, there’s a Japanese restaurant that’s not only beautiful and affordable but also seriously delicious? The plating is artistic, the atmosphere is chic, and the flavors are on point. 🍣 Ginza Sushi Set (12 pcs) We were genuinely wowed when this platter arrived—it looked almost too pretty to eat! The fish was fresh and beautifully fatty, and we finished all 12 pieces in under five minutes. And the best part? It’s only $37! 🍱 Toro & Uni Donburi Perfectly seasoned with a touch of vinegar in the rice. We wrapped spoonfuls of toro and uni in crispy nori—sheer perfection. The portion isn’t huge, but every bite is worth it. Highly recommend! 🐟 Yuzu Miso Black Snapper Crudo A refreshing dish with bright yuzu miso dressing. It looked like an edible work of art—light, elegant, and delicious. 🦀 Blue Crab & Salmon Crudo Each slice was packed with fresh, sweet blue crab meat. If you’re a crab lover, you can’t miss this one. 🐚 Hotate Crudo A giant scallop topped with minced toro and caviar—creative, luxurious, and totally memorable.
