This week, while catching up with friends, I discovered a former ramen spot that’s been transformed into an izakaya—and the decor totally wowed me. It truly feels like stepping into Japan! 🇯🇵💖 🌟 Appetizers We started with the King Mushroom Steak—umami-rich, buttery, and seriously delicious. A must for mushroom lovers! 🍄😍 Also tried the scallops with caviar—fresh, sweet, and topped with a tangy sauce that really wakes up the taste buds. 🌟 Sashimi & Sushi Ordered the Ginza Sushi and Okinawa Sashimi platters—the presentation is absolutely gorgeous 😍, and the freshness speaks for itself. Flawless in both looks and taste! Since uni and sweet shrimp weren’t included, we added them separately—so creamy and sweet! 🍣🦐 🌟 Signature Fried Fish (off-menu!) Crispy, aromatic, and uniquely seasoned—topped with heaps of fragrant scallions.
