LA Michelin-Starred Texas BBQ – Moo's Craft Barbecue 🥩🏆

This place totally lives up to the hype! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a wall of awards — Michelin recognition from 2022 through 2024. People were already lining up before opening, and the crowd was still going strong when we left. We over-ordered for two people (no regrets, just meat sweats 😅): Brisket: Juicy, well-marbled, melt-in-your-mouth goodness Ribs: Absolutely delicious — tender and smoky Pork shoulder: Good, but not as memorable as the brisket or ribs Each table has two kinds of house-made sauce — both are fantastic! 🍖 Pro tip: A half-pound per person is plenty — especially with fatty cuts. We also tried: 🍻 IPA & Wheat Beer (bartender’s picks) — the IPA had a nice kick 😵 🍌 Banana Pudding – A MUST! Layers of caramel cookies, banana purée, and fresh banana — incredible texture and flavor. ❤️ A sweet moment: The woman at the counter misheard my order (thought I said pork instead of ribs), so she gave us two ribs on the house! So kind. 😤 One gripe: Even though it’s counter service, they still add a service fee (classic US move…) We took leftovers home — total came out to around $70 per person. 📍 Moo’s Craft Barbecue 2118 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90031 If you’re a BBQ lover, this is a pilgrimage-worthy spot. Just come early — and save room for that banana pudding! #LAEats #TexasBBQ #MoosCraftBBQ #MichelinBBQ #BrisketLovers #BananaPudding #FoodReview
