🥂 La Tête d'Or by Daniel | New York French Steakhouse
🍽️ This time, I met up with friends and wanted a place that felt special without being over-the-top. So, we booked a table at the newly opened La Tête d'Or by Daniel. This is the latest creation from Michelin chef Daniel Boulud. The entire space feels like a hidden French old-school romantic corner tucked away in the city. 🌟 From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. It wasn't the high-pressure fine dining experience; instead, it felt like "I deserve to eat something really good today." 🍽️ 🍴 We ordered a three-course meal: 🥩 PORTERHOUSE 60-DAY DRY AGED (34 oz) The star of the night! This 34-ounce Porterhouse, dry-aged for 60 days, was the highlight. The meat was incredibly aromatic, with a crispy exterior and a perfect pink interior. The first bite was truly stunning—not because of any fancy seasoning, but because of the pure meat flavor combined with the perfectly cooked char. 🍖✨ 🥗 LTD Caesar Salad This was the perfect accompaniment to the big steak. Crisp lettuce, garlic-infused croutons, and savory anchovy dressing—it's a classic Caesar salad elevated to new heights. The proportions were just right, and it was so refreshing! 🥬 🦀 Crab Cake Appetizer The crab cake had a beautifully golden and crispy exterior. Cutting into it revealed a generous amount of crab meat with no filler at all. Paired with tangy-sweet pickled vegetables and tarragon tartar sauce, the flavors and textures were incredibly rich and appetizing. I absolutely loved it! 🦀 ✨ The key experience at this restaurant is: French, refined, and unhurried. It doesn't have that oppressive feeling of "you have to wear a tuxedo to dine here." Instead, it's a place where even if you're just hanging out with friends, you deserve a great meal like this. #TreasureRestaurantShare #FoodieAdventures 🗽✨
