🍽️ Scallops — The scallops were perfectly cooked, quite tasty. The vegetable puree was also nice. 5/5 🍽️ Beef Tartare — I felt that having half a portion spread on crispy bread was just right. The thickness and flavor were perfect. It came with a crispy cheese wafer, black truffle shavings, and a quail egg. 5/5 🍽️ Meatballs — This was the most standout appetizer we had. After finishing the meatballs, there was still plenty of sauce left. We dipped some bread in it and found it incredibly flavorful. We ended up finishing the whole plate of bread! 7/5 🍽️ Prosciutto di Parma — As with most prosciutto, it was delicious as always. 5/5 🍽️ Melanzane alla Parmigiana — This dish was quite a pleasant surprise.
