LA Top Steakhouse Review|Gwen 🥩✨

This was my second time dining at Gwen—one of the few Michelin-starred steakhouses in the city! Every time before the steak is served, there’s a special knife selection ceremony 🔪💫—each knife comes with its own story, making the experience feel extra ritualistic and memorable. They even have a separate water menu! 💧😄 Here’s my dish-by-dish review: Wagyu Ribeye Steak ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You can truly taste the marbling in this Wagyu—the fat-to-meat ratio makes it melt in your mouth. The crust has a strong smoky flavor, which is delicious, but at 315, I’d say it’s overpriced. In my opinion, it’s more of a 150 steak. I’d actually recommend their dry-aged ribeye instead—more worth the try! 👍🏻 Oysters ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 Extremely fresh and silky—downed them in one bite each! 🦪💦 Amberjack Crudo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The flavor was creative and well-balanced—sweet, sour, bitter, and spicy all in one bite! 💡👌 The portion was a bit small, but you can definitely feel the Michelin-level technique. Banana Tart ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Their desserts are incredible—rich, refined, and beautifully presented. A perfect sweet ending! 🍌🍯 📍 Address: Gwen 6600 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028 Have you been to Gwen or another Michelin-starred steakhouse in LA?
