The yolk runs when cut, and the bacon is fried to a crispy, fragrant perfection without being greasy. The dish achieves a wonderful balance between sweet and savory. Lobster Pasta 🍝 This was a bit of a disappointment. It was overall oily and quite flavorless. We finished it with a dash of salt and a tearful determination not to waste it. Saint-Honoré 🧁 This is the most popular dessert, basically ordered by every table. The top layer of cream is light, the middle is filled with smooth vanilla custard, and the bottom pastry is filled with the aroma of butter. The overall texture is rich, and the nutty fragrance is also very satisfying. Rose Latte 🌹 We ordered this out of curiosity, and it turned out to be stunningly beautiful, with a strong rose aroma.
