Lanzarote Island 🏝️ 5-Day 4-Night Travel Itinerary
Lanzarote is truly a low-key yet unique treasure island among the Canary Islands of Spain! There are so many volcanic 🌋 landscapes and distinctive cultural sights to explore that it’s not an exaggeration to call it a “hidden paradise”! Travel Tips 📝: If you’re not planning to drive 🚗 or hire a car, joining a local day tour is a super convenient and efficient option, especially for those with limited time. The only downside is that it’s not as flexible, leaving less time for photos 📷 and free activities. If you can drive, that’s the best; if not, consider your options. Most day tours offer pickups from Arrecife or nearby resorts, perfect for those who don’t want to arrange transportation. My sister and I booked our day tours directly through Get Your Guide and Viator, making sure to choose a pickup location near our 🏨 hotel. Individual Attractions: The César Manrique Foundation and Lagomar are very close to Arrecife and can be visited separately. You can choose to take a taxi or bus, which allows for a more flexible schedule. (There’s a taxi stand right at the Arrecife Gran Hotel&Spa). Moreover, you can ask the staff at each attraction to call a taxi 🚕 for you, so transportation is not a big concern. Accommodation Recommendations: If you plan to explore in-depth, consider staying in Playa Blanca or Puerto del Carmen. These resorts have beautiful beaches, a variety of dining options, and are covered by almost all day tour pickups, making it convenient to get around. If you prefer somewhere more accessible, Arrecife is a good choice. Dining Recommendations I absolutely love the Lagomar Museum Restaurant! Their 🥘 paella and tuna tartare exceeded my expectations, and enjoying the meal while admiring Lagomar’s architectural design and ambiance is truly a double delight. Blue 17 Roof Top Restaurant & Bar The food is average, but it’s super delicacy and great for photos, with a rooftop view overlooking Arrecife city and the Atlantic Ocean. If you’re going at sunset or on a holiday, make sure to book in advance! I’m obsessed with the Barraquito layered coffee liqueur. condensed milk, liqueur, coffee ☕️ with a touch of cinnamon powder – it’s so good it hits the spot, but it’s a bit strong. Those who don’t drink alcohol should be cautious when ordering! I won’t recommend other restaurants that are delicious 😋 but not particularly impressive. Feel free to explore on your own! #SpainTravel #SpainVacation #SpanishIslands #SpanishIslandGetaway #Lanzarote #lanzarote #LanzaroteVolcanoIsland #LanzaroteGuide #LanzaroteRestaurants #TouristSpotsInSpain
