I often eat at Happy Lamb in LA – great value with their AYCE option! Found out they have a location in Vegas too and didn’t hesitate to go. Not even exaggerating – the presentation alone wins 🏆. Vegas truly is the entertainment capital – even hot pot plating is next level! The whole table setup was a visual + flavor feast 🍽️✨. Snow crab legs, Wagyu, lamb shoulder, lobster, abalone… each plate made me want to dig in immediately! I ordered the “Happiest” for $57.99, which includes: ❄️ Snow crab legs 🐚 Abalone 🫀 Black tripe 🍖 Roasted lamb leg 🥩 Wagyu 🍉 Watermelon juice …and I left stuffed beyond belief! 🍲 Broth: I went for half original + half spicy. The original broth is simmered for 6 hours – so rich it’s like drinking bone soup! The spicy broth has a lingering kick – started mild and asked for extra spice later 🔥 🥬 AYCE Station has tons of options: ✅ Hot dishes, cold appetizers, fruits, desserts, drinks ✅ DIY cotton candy, fried rice, spring rolls ✅ Lamb spine, fried tofu skins, lobster balls, mussels, shrimp, beef tendon balls – all bouncy and flavorful (the lamb spine was especially good!)
