📍 Rollin BBQ I was totally sold on this place by recommendation! This spot is super well-known for BBQ in Las Vegas and has two locations — we visited the one at 3185 S. Five of us tried almost every grilled meat on the menu, and it came out to just over $25 per person — such a friendly price for Vegas! 🍖 Whole Beef Ribs HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The beef is smoked incredibly tender and juicy — not dry at all 😍 $45 for 4 huge ribs is an absolute steal! 🍖 Pit Special Platter If you're coming with just 2 people, this platter is perfect — you get to try a little bit of everything! Highlights for us were the beef, corn nuggets, and fried onion rings 🧅🌽 The pork was just okay — a bit on the dry side, so maybe skip that.
