Las Vegas | "SushiSamba" – A Japanese Gem Inside The Venetian 🍣✨
📍 3327 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas Japanese and Korean food in North America are truly amazing! This restaurant was right inside our hotel, and with such high ratings, it felt like a must-try. We were a party of four and waited about 30 minutes for a table… (Booking ahead is definitely recommended! 📅) A super friendly and handsome server recommended a few dishes—and every single one was a hit! 😋 1️⃣ Seared Beef (medium rare, of course!) Topped with truffle, this dish disappeared in minutes after it arrived 😂😂. No further words needed—it was just that good! 🥩✨ 2️⃣ Fried Calamari I didn’t even get to try any! 😂😂 My friend’s little brother loved it so much, I gracefully stepped back and let him enjoy it all. 🦑❤️ 3️⃣ Wagyu Gyoza The server also recommended a hot stone Wagyu beef dish, but we passed (when in the US, might as lean into American beef, right? 😄). Then we saw the next table order it—and it created so much smoke! 😂😂 We were secretly glad we didn’t get it. Plus, watching those fellow diners struggle with chopsticks was a whole show in itself! 🥢😂 Back to the gyoza: these were absolutely delicious! The yellow part is actually pumpkin mousse 🎃, and the filling was juicy and flavorful. We finished one plate in seconds and immediately ordered another—gone just as fast! 😂 4️⃣ Corn Sweet, savory, and seriously huge! 🌽 Also really tasty. 5️⃣ Sashimi Platter Just okay—maybe because we were already pretty full by then. You could skip this one. 🐟 6️⃣ Rolls & Sushi The salmon + cream cheese roll (far left) was incredible 🍣. And the lobster roll (top row) was absolutely divine 🦞. By the time we left, there was still a crowd waiting outside—always a good sign! Overall, this is definitely a Japanese restaurant worth visiting! Highly recommended for a fun, flavorful meal in Vegas. 💯 #LasVegas #SushiSamba #JapaneseFood #VegasEats #FoodReview #VenetianLasVegas
