Las Vegas | A No-Menu Surprise Japanese-French Restaurant

I used to think the French restaurant I tried in Hawaii was my top choice — until I tried this spot! Located in Las Vegas Chinatown, it might look unassuming and small from the outside, but the experience was truly stunning. An absolute must-revisit! There’s no printed course menu — only prices are shown. The server told me, “It’s a surprise… unless you really want to know now.” Of course, I kept the mystery! After discussing allergies and dislikes, the meal began. Service here is exceptional! I chose the 5-course tasting menu — great value at $105 per person. Without wine, after tax and tip, it came to around $140 per person. 🤍 Two Appetizers: Both were sashimi-style — salmon and tuna. I loved them both! The salmon came with a light green sauce that was incredible, plus a side of ice cream. Even though I usually avoid raw fish, this was fresh and not fishy at all! The tuna was served with a colorful palette of sauces 🎨 — tomato, wasabi, cheese, and a mysterious grey one (my favorite!). 🤍 Seafood & Meat Courses: The seafood was scallops — tender and delicious, served with a lobster bisque-style sauce. The meat course was steak — small but perfectly cooked. They default to medium rare, but we asked for medium — so tender and flavorful! 😍 🤍 Dessert: Chocolate + profiteroles — only downside was the chocolate sauce was a bit too heavy. Partage 📍 3839 Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89102 Closed Sundays & Mondays, dinner only. Reservations recommended via OpenTable. During the meal, I kept looking around curiously — and noticed every table’s dishes were completely different! Such a fun surprise 🥳 — likely because the chef tailors each course based on preferences and dietary restrictions. When paying, I asked and learned their menu changes every month. Can’t wait to go back next month! 🥰 #LasVegas #LasVegasFood #VegasFrenchCuisine #VegasExploration #LasVegas #VegasTravel
