Las Vegas | Joel Robuchon
Joel Robuchon… Let’s just say it might be one of the better Western fine‑dining options in Vegas, but it’s far from three‑star level. For $1,000, the meal felt average — even disappointing. 🦞 Langoustine Ravioli Okay — the langoustine was fresh, but the foie gras sauce was overly salty, drowning out the sweetness of the shrimp. (Made me nostalgic for the langoustine ravioli at Paris’s Le Pré Catelan — delicate shell reduction, elegant layers, truly 🦞 Lobster Classic Boston lobster — meat was on the tougher side, seasoning was forgettable. No memorable notes at all. 🍝 Black Truffle Pasta A letdown — truffle aroma was faint, and the overall flavor was bland, almost like it needed salt. 🐷 The Pork Dish A pleasant surprise — tender, juicy, and flavorful 👍🏻 🍰 Service & Desserts Service was good — they even gifted us extra desserts (though none were particularly outstanding). Overall: Not worth the hype or the price. #Food #Michelin #LasVegasFood #VegasEats #DateNightSpot 🍽️
