Las Vegas | Two-Michelin-Star Chinese Fine Dining — Mott 32 🧑🍳
Living in the U.S. for a while, you start craving truly decent Chinese food. This trip to Vegas finally brought me to the legendary Mott 32 ✨ Overall, a great experience! The ambiance is dimly lit, luxurious, and modern-Chinese with a touch of old Shanghai mixed with a contemporary bar vibe — very Vegas 🎭. Perfect for dates or catching up with friends. 🦞 Lobster Mapo Tofu A pleasant surprise — the dish actually has substantial chunks of lobster, and they don’t skimp on the portion. The Mapo Tofu spice level is pretty authentic by U.S. standards, aromatic without being overwhelming, and absolutely perfect with rice 🍚🔥. 🦀 Alaskan Snow Crab Vermicelli Also highly recommended! Generous amounts of snow crab meat, the vermicelli soaks up all the savory crab juices, and it’s topped with a layer of caviar for a luxurious touch — both texture and flavor are memorable. Already missing it 😌. 🦆 Signature Peking Duck Honestly moved to find duck of this quality in the U.S. 🥹 Crispy skin, tender meat, rich but not greasy — comparable to some great duck spots back in China. Be sure to reserve in advance — it sells out quickly! 🍨 Dessert Sorbet + white chocolate mousse with a light rose fragrance. The sweet-tart balance was just right — looks rich but tastes refreshing and light. 💰 Price per person: $100+ (Seafood and duck are totally worth it; other dishes are solid but not the most budget-friendly — but hey, it’s Vegas + Michelin, you know what to expect 😉). #VegasEats #VegasFoodGuide #VegasChineseFood #LasVegasFood #MustTryInVegas
