Las Vegas · Kabuto - Edomae Sushi
★★★☆☆ (Worth Trying!) 🍣✨ This is a very small restaurant—if you want to sit at the counter, be sure to book in advance! 📅🍶 It’s said to be one of the best-value Omakase spots in Vegas, offering three set menus: 125 (7 courses), 175 (8 courses), and a year-end holiday special for $195. 🎄🍱 We tried the $125 Omakase. I especially loved the seared Toro—its rich aroma and melt-in-your-mouth texture were unforgettable! 🐟🔥 The fish was incredibly fresh, expertly sliced, and each dish reflected the chef’s dedication. The atmosphere is cozy, and sitting at the counter lets you chat with the chef and watch the sushi-making process up close. 👨🍳❤️ Compared to other sushi spots in the same price range, the experience here rivals what you’d find in Tokyo! 🗼💫 I highly recommend reserving a counter seat—it’s the best way to appreciate the chef’s skills and enjoy more personalized service. If you love authentic Edomae-style sushi, you can’t miss this place! 🙌 Kabuto - Edomae Sushi 5040 W Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89146 Have you been here?
