Las Vegas · Kabuto - Edomae Sushi
This is a small, intimate restaurant — if you want to sit at the sushi bar, be sure to book ahead! It’s often called one of Vegas' best-value omakase spots 🍣✨, offering three menu tiers: 💲 $125 (7-course) 💲 $175 (8-course) 💲 $195 (year-end holiday special) We tried the $125 Omakase. The seared Toro was a standout — aromatic and literally melted in the mouth 😌👌. Every piece of fish was fresh and meticulously cut, each course clearly crafted with care by the chef. The atmosphere is cozy and personal, especially at the bar where you can chat with the chef and watch the sushi-making process up close 🍶👨🍳. Compared to other sushi spots in the same price range, the experience here rivals what you’d find in Tokyo! 📌 Tip: Try to book a seat at the bar — you’ll enjoy the chef’s artistry and receive even more attentive service. A must-visit for lovers of authentic Japanese sushi! ❤️🇯🇵 #VegasFood #Omakase #SushiLovers #LasVegasEats #KabutoSushi #JapaneseCuisine #FineDiningOnABudget
