The menu is surprisingly understated — almost designed with international guests in mind. While it doesn’t have the creative flair of somewhere like Mott 32, the flavors are outstanding. Their Peking Duck was the best we've had in Vegas — crispy skin, tender meat, cooked to perfection 🦆🔥. The Three Cup Eggplant that day was a delightful surprise, too — light and savory with a unique twist, not overly sweet like many versions of the dish. What really stood out was their thoughtful hospitality: after the meal, they served beautiful petit fours and even gave us a cake to take home 🍰🎁. Compared to other high-end spots like Mott 32 at a similar price point, I personally found Wing Lei superior in both overall dining experience and service quality.
