🍝 Las Vegas – A Super Family-Friendly Italian Restaurant! 🥖

Carmine’s was founded in 1990, with its first location in NYC – a fact they proudly display under their store name! So if you’re from the East Coast, you might already know this spot. 🗽 We chose this place for dinner while strolling through Caesars Palace. My girlfriend and I both caught a whiff of something amazing at the same time and said, “Wow, that smells incredible!” – and just like that, we decided to eat there on a whim! 🤣 I have to say, the service here is super warm – the kind of chill, friendly warmth that makes you feel right at home. We ordered a Shrimp Pasta (Linguine) with Tomato Sauce. When it arrived, I hesitated for a few seconds, figuring out the best angle for a photo, when a server came over and asked, “Want me to serve you?” I was totally caught off guard! After I paused for a second, he smiled and said, “Don’t be nervous, it’s my duty.” Then I snapped back to reality – okay! 😄 The pasta plate was huge – loaded with 12 large, deveined shrimp. The flavor was seriously good! It wasn’t just your typical tomato sauce – it had tomato but not an overpowering tomato taste. Parsley and garlic played a perfect supporting role, and there was a hint of bay leaf too. Way better than any pre-made sauce or frozen dish – big thumbs up! 👍 Besides the pasta, we also ordered an appetizer: Stuffed Mushrooms. The mushrooms were topped with what I think was ground pork – kinda like a burger patty but with richer seasoning. Each bite was a burst of juicy, savory goodness. The natural sweetness of the mushrooms wasn’t overshadowed by the meat, and the outside was nicely charred and crispy. So many layers of flavor – once you start, you can’t stop! Highly recommend. 🍄 We also tried two drinks: a Rum Runner cocktail and a non-alcoholic Frankie Blue Eyes. Of course, drinks are a matter of personal taste, so I’ll leave that for you to decide! 🍹 Just these two dishes left us completely stuffed – we couldn’t even finish them! But our server said we’d “done a great job” anyway 😊 If there’s one small downside, it’s that the balsamic vinegar and olive oil bottles were a bit tricky to use and left our hands sticky. But overall, it was a really great dining experience – the decor and atmosphere in the restaurant were awesome too. Happy vibes! ✨ Have you been to Carmine’s?
