Las Vegas β Echo & Rig: A Neighborhood Steakhouse π₯©β¨
Unlike those extravagant steakhouses on the Strip that easily run $300β500, Echo & Rig sits right in the heart of Tivoli Village β a true neighborhood gem. Parking is convenient, and itβs only a 20-minute drive from the Strip. As soon as you walk in, you can feel the warm, local vibe β and you just know you're in for something good. On weekends, the first floor is filled with families waiting for tables. Upstairs, though, itβs a whole different world β lively, buzzing, and full of laughter (yes, you might have to raise your voice a bit β but the energy is infectious!). The crab cakes here are delicious β fresh crab meat, perfectly prepared. And the thick-cut bacon glazed with honey is absolutely irresistible ππ―. Their dry-aged steaks are consistently excellent β each bite rewards you with rich, deep flavor as you savor it slowly. The whole dining experience was genuinely enjoyable β relaxed yet full of character. Oh, and donβt forget to peek at the dry-aging cabinet β the price per pound is surprisingly un-Vegas in the best way. Highly recommend for a satisfying, down-to-earth steak night! #LifeInNorthAmerica #LasVegasEats #Steakhouse #NeighborhoodEats π‘πͺπ
