Venturing into the suburbs of Vegas, we stumbled upon this authentic Italian gem! 🗺️✨ Known for its refined cooking and unique menu, this spot skillfully blends Italian and American flavors, serving up a mouthwatering lineup of dishes. 🧑🍳🔥 🍝 SPAGHETTI – $17 This authentic pasta combines juicy, sweet cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, tangy tomato sauce, and aromatic garlic—all topped with a generous layer of cheese. A truly rich and genuine Italian experience in every bite! 🍅🧀 🍖 BEEF AND PORK MEATBALLS – $15 The size of these meatballs is surprising—in a good way! 🎯 Made with a mix of pork and beef and paired with fresh veggies, they’re tender and packed with layers of flavor. 🥣 TRUFFLE POLENTA – $17 The VIP of the meal! Creamy polenta infused with truffle, topped with seared egg whites and a golden runny yolk, roasted mushrooms, crispy cheese chips, and a hint of truffle. My heart melted as soon as I cut into that yolk! 🍳💛 🥬 SPICY KALE – $5 Yes, that’s a whole heap of garlic purée next to the kale! 😲 Tasty combo, but the chef might have been heavy-handed with the salt—it ended up too salty, making it a struggle to finish. 🧂😅 📌 Summary: This restaurant is absolutely worth a visit—it’ll blow you away! The menu is diverse, the dishes are crafted with care, and each one sends your taste buds to heaven. 😇🍴 Plus, portions are generous and prices are reasonable! After this amazing brunch, I’m eager to try their dinner menu too.
