Went to Vegas with a group of 9 friends and reserved a private room at The X Pot . To meet the minimum spend, we orderedβ¦ a lot π And honestly? It was way better than the LA location! π² Broth Selection: We got the Spicy Beef Tallow + Nourishing Golden Chicken Broth. The chicken broth was comforting and rich β reminded me of Coucou Hot Pot back in China. The beef tallow broth was solid β above average for U.S. Sichuan hot pot! π₯© Appetizer β Beef Tartare: Loved the raw Wagyu tartare β delicate and flavorful. π₯© Wagyu & Seafood Platter: The portions felt a bit small β we ordered two of each, but it was still on the light side. Highlights: Wagyu wrapped around sea urchin was a standout!
