Las Vegas • A Touch of French Romance with Wellington 🥀🇫🇷

📍 Bardot Brasserie A charming French retro-style brasserie—it’s best to make a reservation via OpenTable! 📅 👉 Foue Gras Parfait - $30 The foie gras mousse is incredibly smooth and rich, topped with blueberry sauce and macadamia nuts that perfectly balance the richness. Spread on buttery, soft brioche toast—it’s French elegance on a plate! 🦢🍞 👉 Steak Tartare - $28 ❌ This beef tartare is very American-style. With capers and a hint of Thousand Island dressing, it tastes more like a burger patty—and it’s quite salty. 👉 Bardot Wellington - $189 The signature 12oz Wellington is impressively large—four thick slices, each about 3cm, easily enough for four people. The medium-rare filet is tender and firm, enhanced by aromatic thyme. The mushroom duxelles is a bit on the salty side. It comes with truffle mashed potatoes—creamy and indulgent, though it can get heavy after a while. 🥩🍄 Have you tried the Wellington here? What’s your favorite French restaurant in Vegas?
