Las Vegas • Cô Anh
★★★★☆ (Worth Coming Back) This little spot is tucked beside the Shun Fat supermarket. The shop is truly tiny, but stepping inside feels warm and nostalgic — like a childhood roadside snack stall 🍜💛. Surprisingly, it’s kept quite clean. Their rice noodles are different from typical Vietnamese pho — closer to a Southern-style rice noodle soup. The broth is light, sweet, and savory, making every slurp comforting and satisfying 😌✨. Service is fast, though the auntie running the shop doesn’t speak much English, so ordering can get a little lost in translation 🗣️🤷♂️ — but she’s always warm and welcoming. Besides noodle soups, their egg-wrapped rice cake is quite unique and worth a try! The Hainanese chicken rice, however, was just okay. Overall, it’s a cozy, no-frills spot with a steady stream of customers — even during off-peak hours. They mainly serve breakfast and lunch and close by 4 PM, so make sure to come early if you want to try it! ⏰🚪 #LasVegas #VietnameseFood #Pho #ComfortFood #HiddenGem #VegasEats #NoodleLovers
