Las Vegas Casual Eats Recommendations | Yibin Ran Noodles | Brunch

1️⃣ Sadelle's This spot is inside the Bellagio, facing the garden 🌸, so the view is lovely—perfect for friends who love taking photos 📸. We ordered the blueberry pancakes 🥞 and a yogurt bowl. The pancakes were huge (one person definitely can’t finish them!), and the taste was decent. The yogurt bowl was delicious (though it’s hard to go wrong with yogurt, haha 😄). The service was excellent—when we asked to pack the leftover pancakes, they even gave us a fresh bottle of maple syrup! 🍯 2️⃣ Noodelhead A Chinese noodle shop with zero negative reviews on Xiaohongshu—and it totally lives up to the hype! Highly recommend to everyone 👍. Great value for money (can you believe a huge plate of spicy Sichuan chicken is only $22? 😲). Their signature Yibin Ran Noodles ($12) are said to be made by someone from Yibin—very authentic! The beef noodles are also incredibly fragrant, with tender, melt-in-your-mouth brisket 🐮. One thing to note: their spice level is no joke 🌶️. Even "medium spicy" here is spicier than at other Chinese restaurants! 3️⃣ La La Noodle Too tired to venture off the Strip, so we explored noodle spots inside the hotels 🏨. Around 8 PM, many hotel restaurants were packed—so it’s better to make reservations if you have a specific place in mind! We initially wanted Ding Tai Fung as a safe choice, but they stopped accepting walk-ins at 8 PM and only offered takeout 😅. Ended up at La La Noodle and ordered a bowl of wonton noodles 🍜. A warm, comforting bowl of chicken soup with wontons was perfect for the evening—so hearty and satisfying! The portions were generous, and the server was super friendly 😊. #LasVegas #VegasFood #LasVegasEats #LasVegasDining
