Las Vegas CUT – Michelin One Star ✨

Let me start with two small gripes: 1️⃣ Couldn’t book directly on the website—had to reserve through the Venetian concierge. Probably packed because of CES. 2️⃣ They won’t let you order until everyone in the party has arrived. We were seated on time, but a Swiss client was 30 minutes late. We ordered wine first but had to wait hungry… ended up nibbling on bread rolls to hold us over. 🥖😅 I only took photos of my own dishes, but everyone else’s steaks also got rave reviews! 🥗 Appetizer: Butter Lettuce Salad – Highly recommend! 👍 🦞 Main Course: Whole Maine Lobster – They show you the whole lobster first then the server shells it for you. It looked so small for $175… but the meat was incredibly tender and delicious. If budget isn’t an issue, definitely try it! 🍰 Desserts: Warm Pear Crumble – Not my favorite. Valrhona Chocolate Soufflé – Recommended! 👍 Served as a chocolate sphere, then hot chocolate sauce is poured over to melt it open—pretty creative presentation. 📖 A couple of dining tidbits: 1️⃣ When you order a bottle of wine, the sommelier will pour just a little for the person who ordered it to taste and check it hasn’t turned. Only after approval do they serve the guests. 2️⃣ My Swiss client shared a cool app: Vivino – scan the wine label for details and ratings. Instantly downloaded it! 😜 And of course… I forgot to take a selfie again after the meal. 🤳😄 #LasVegas #CUT #Michelin #FineDining #Steakhouse #WineLovers #FoodExperience
