Las Vegas Dining: Blue Ribbon at The Cosmopolitan 🍽️
Enjoyed a wonderfully satisfying dinner at Blue Ribbon in The Cosmopolitan. Born in New York, this brand is known for high-quality ingredients and creative, thoughtful cooking. 📍 Location: Third floor of The Cosmopolitan, near the main dining area—easy to access. 🕰️ Vibe: American bistro with Japanese influences—upscale yet approachable, relaxed pace. The menu blends American and French styles—solid technique, no unnecessary frills. Starters that stood out: 🐌 Escargot – Delicious French-style snails. 🍞 Bone Marrow & Oxtail Marmalade – Rich bone marrow spread on toast, topped with tender braised oxtail. Surprisingly not heavy! Four mains, each a hit: 🐷 Pork Chop – Perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. My daughter loved it! 🐟 Salmon – Not greasy at all, topped with crispy thin fries—I really enjoyed this touch. 🍗 Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes – Extra crispy outside, moist inside. My son said it’s the crispiest he’s had. 🦀 White Fish with Crab Meat – Light and refreshing, a nice way to end the savory courses. A no-fuss restaurant where every dish delivers—great for when you just want a really good meal. #LasVegasFun #VegasEats #LasVegasHotels #VegasTravel #VegasFoodFinds
