Las Vegas Dining Recommendations During the Pandemic π½οΈβ¨
Since getting vaccinated, I feel like a whole new person β finally brave enough to dine in again! π·π During the pandemic, many restaurants have closed (like my old favorites JoΓ«l Robuchon and Hakkasan), which has made popular spots even harder to book. π I came to Vegas for my birthday on a whim β so I didnβt make any reservations in advance. When I checked OpenTable, all my desired restaurants were fully booked... major regret! But luck was on my side! π My host at Aria not only gifted me a 3-night stay in a Sky Suite but also managed to secure last-minute reservations at Picasso and Jean Georges! ππ₯ π΄ Jean Georges Their black truffle butter paired with JGβs signature sauce and Wagyu filet mignon was absolutely divine! π₯©β¨ The mushroom side dish I chose was simply heavenly β a true umami delight! πβ€οΈ π¨ Picasso As a wonderfully priced Michelin 2-star, this place is totally worth it! The French dishes are classic and well-executed, but the view is spectacular β right by the window overlooking the Bellagio fountains and the Eiffel Tower! πΌπ¦ A truly experience. π°π· Gangnam Korean BBQ Highly recommended! Amazing value for money β if you get the chance, you have to try it! ππ₯ #VegasEats #FineDiningVegas #MichelinStarMeals #JeanGeorges #PicassoRestaurant
