This restaurant is by celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse—we’d heard of his reputation and decided to try his New Orleans-style seafood spot in Vegas. The decor was pretty basic, but the menu prices were definitely high-end! 💸 A quick intro to the chef: Emeril Lagasse is a famous American chef, restaurateur, and TV personality known for his energetic cooking style and catchphrase “BAM!” 🍛👨🍳 He specializes in Creole and Cajun cuisine and has restaurants in several U.S. cities like New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Orlando. We ordered his signature dishes: 🦪 Oysters – Fine as long as they’re fresh. 🌽 Cornbread – Average, tasted like store-bought. 🍚 Jambalaya – So disappointing! We couldn’t find any sausage—turns out it was minced into tiny bits, so you couldn’t even taste it! 😒 🐟 Chilean Sea Bass – Over $60 for a tiny portion that lasted three bites… total rip-off! 🥗 Signature Salad – Honestly, how is this a specialty? A $3.50 supermarket bag tastes better!
