When it comes to Thai food in the US, I’d only tried Thai Villa back in NYC — and it was just okay. After moving to Vegas for remote work, several colleagues who’d visited highly recommended this spot, calling it the best Thai in North America. Finally made it there right before leaving Vegas in March! 🦐 Garlic Prawn Absolutely stunning — so flavorful, with the shell fried to a perfect crisp. Possibly the best fried prawns I’ve ever had — a must-order! 🦆 Crispy Duck I’m usually not a big duck fan (except for Peking duck), but the curry pairing here was spot-on — meat and skin were equally delicious. 🦀 Softshell Crab (Salad) My partner loves soft-shell crab — this portion was generous. Served as a salad with bell peppers and lemon juice — super refreshing. Great choice for crab lovers! 🍜 Beef Noodle We ordered this mainly for carbs, but by this point the meal felt quite rich.
