Las Vegas Food β Blue Ribbon π½οΈβ¨
We had a really satisfying dinner at Blue Ribbon inside The Cosmopolitan. Blue Ribbon started in New York and is known for high-quality ingredients and creative twists. π Location: 3rd floor of The Cosmopolitan (near the main dining area) β easy to find. π°οΈ Vibe: American restaurant with Japanese influences β elevated but not pretentious. The menu blends American and French elements, executed with skill and served at a relaxed pace. Highlights from the appetizers: π Escargot β Delicious French-style snails. π Bone Marrow & Oxtail Marmalade β Rich bone marrow spread on toast, topped with tender oxtail β savory but not heavy. The four main dishes each stood out: π· Pork Chop β Cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. My daughter loved it! π Salmon β Not oily at all, topped with delicate crispy fries β a nice touch. π Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes β Extra crispy outside, juicy inside. My son said it was better than other places. π¦ White Fish with Crab Meat β Light and fresh, a great way to finish. Overall, this is a no-fuss restaurant where every dish delivers. Perfect for when you want a seriously good meal without the flashy frills. #LasVegasFun #VegasEats #LasVegasHotels #VegasTravel #FoodReview π°π₯©π
