Las Vegas Food Exploration 🍽️

Besides great Japanese, dim sum, and buffets in Vegas — who else loves Italian food? 😍 This time, my family recommended Ferraro's Ristorante. I’m usually not big on Italian (haven’t had many wow experiences 😂), but this place was a pleasant surprise! Great for family dinners or dates. 1️⃣ Complimentary Bread & Dip 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The dipping sauce was absolute fire — I don’t usually eat much bread, but with this sauce, I polished off two huge pieces! Italian balsamic + garlic + olive oil — simple but magical with bread. Already planning to recreate it at home! 2️⃣ Fritto Misto 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Tempura-style fried seafood — decent but not mind-blowing. 3️⃣ Gamberoni Genovese 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Shrimp were fresh and bouncy, served with a tasty secret sauce — very appetizing 👍 4️⃣ Polpo 🌟🌟🌟 Chilled octopus with black olives (not my thing 😕) — just okay. 5️⃣ Osso Buco 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Braised veal shank in red wine — super tender and juicy, served with risotto that soaked up all the delicious sauce. A winner! 6️⃣ Secret Menu Lamb Chops 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stunningly good — crispy outside, juicy inside, zero gaminess. Felt like eating steak! 🤤 Creamy mashed potatoes on the side were also delicious. 7️⃣ Salmone 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Pan-seared salmon — fine but not special. 8️⃣ Branzino 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Sea bass — good, but I preferred the lamb and veal. 9️⃣ Spaghetti Scoglio 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Seafood pasta — solid choice for pasta lovers. 🔟 Cioccolatissimo 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Chocolate mousse dessert with a scoop of ice cream — a sweet, happy ending to the meal 🥰 They have an extensive wine list — we enjoyed a bottle of sparkling sweet wine 😍. With a large group, we tried over 10 dishes — no disappointments, a few were truly impressive, and prices were reasonable.
