Las Vegas Food Exploration π½οΈ
Besides great Japanese, dim sum, and buffets in Vegas β who else loves Italian food? π This time, my family recommended Ferraro's Ristorante. Iβm usually not big on Italian (havenβt had many wow experiences π), but this place was a pleasant surprise! Great for family dinners or dates. 1οΈβ£ Complimentary Bread & Dip πππππ The dipping sauce was absolute fire β I donβt usually eat much bread, but with this sauce, I polished off two huge pieces! Italian balsamic + garlic + olive oil β simple but magical with bread. Already planning to recreate it at home! 2οΈβ£ Fritto Misto ππππ Tempura-style fried seafood β decent but not mind-blowing. 3οΈβ£ Gamberoni Genovese πππππ Shrimp were fresh and bouncy, served with a tasty secret sauce β very appetizing π 4οΈβ£ Polpo πππ Chilled octopus with black olives (not my thing π) β just okay. 5οΈβ£ Osso Buco ππππππ Braised veal shank in red wine β super tender and juicy, served with risotto that soaked up all the delicious sauce. A winner! 6οΈβ£ Secret Menu Lamb Chops ππππππ Stunningly good β crispy outside, juicy inside, zero gaminess. Felt like eating steak! π€€ Creamy mashed potatoes on the side were also delicious. 7οΈβ£ Salmone ππππ Pan-seared salmon β fine but not special. 8οΈβ£ Branzino ππππ Sea bass β good, but I preferred the lamb and veal. 9οΈβ£ Spaghetti Scoglio ππππ Seafood pasta β solid choice for pasta lovers. π Cioccolatissimo πππππ Chocolate mousse dessert with a scoop of ice cream β a sweet, happy ending to the meal π₯° They have an extensive wine list β we enjoyed a bottle of sparkling sweet wine π. With a large group, we tried over 10 dishes β no disappointments, a few were truly impressive, and prices were reasonable. Definitely a spot Iβd return to! π #RestaurantRecommends #ItalianCuisine #HiddenGemEats #WillReturn #VibeDining
