π₯ Brunch β Eggslut π Located on the second floor of The Cosmopolitan Hotel, near the Strip side π° ~$10β20 per person Arrived at 10:30 AM β line was already long. Got in line around 11 AM, started eating by 11:10 AM. We tried two specialties: πΉ Slut: A jar of creamy mashed potatoes with a runny egg on top β incredibly rich and flavorful with a lingering aftertaste. The bread it came with wasnβt my favorite β not crispy baguette, but chewy in an awkward way. πΉ French Stick: Highly recommend! The bread had a hint of cinnamon and powdered sugar, slightly fried with crisp edges. The dipping sauce tasted like ice cream β so good and rare to find such a delicious sauce in the U.S.! π₯© Dinner β 888 Japanese BBQ π Chinatown area An all-you-can-eat BBQ spot with three price tiers: $28, $34, $45 (approx.). Differences lie in beef cuts, sashimi/sushi options, and appetizer variety. We chose the $28 tier β meat quality was excellent and flavorful, great value for the price. Tempura shrimp and some sushi were also good. Downside: The $28 tier only includes American-style sushi (no traditional Japanese sushi). The $34 tier likely includes authentic sushi π£. At the end, we asked about dessert β the server said if we left a Yelp review, theyβd give us free ice cream π (reminded me of Chinese review culture!). Coffee flavor was nice, but vanilla tasted a bit off. #LasVegas #VegasEats #WestCoastTravel #LASvegasFood #MustTryInVegas #JapaneseBBQ
