Las Vegas Hidden Gem – The Charming Bulgarian Restaurant BESO 🕯️

Last week, my family and I vacationed in Las Vegas. After days of following food guides and enduring long buffet lines, we wanted a quieter, more unique dinner on our last night. We stumbled upon BESO Restaurant, a local-favorite Bulgarian spot—and it was absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend!!! 🍴 Appetizers: We were first surprised by the generous portions! On the server's recommendation, we tried their house bread—expecting a small roll, but it arrived as a huge, shareable loaf 🍞. Rich with creamy cheese yet light and fluffy, everyone loved it! We also ordered the peach salad (loaded with blue cheese—divisive but flavorful) and lobster bisque soup 🥣, which was so big it could easily serve three. 🍽️ Mains: 🔥 Grilled Squid – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tender, juicy, perfectly cooked—not rubbery at all! A must-try. 🐟 Chilean Sea Bass – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crispy skin, delicate cod-like texture, fresh and flavorful. 🍖 Lamb Chops – ⭐⭐⭐ Good, but not the standout. 🥩 Steak – Skip it. Not their strength. We didn’t realize it was a Bulgarian restaurant initially, so we missed some traditional dishes. But dessert made up for it! 🍰 The server brought a wooden board with 8–9 different Bulgarian desserts to our table, explaining each one. We picked randomly—and every bite was delicious! 🕯️ Ambiance: Relaxed, intimate, and peaceful. The spaced-out seating offered privacy—a welcome change from crowded, noisy buffets.
