Las Vegas📍 Iconic French Cuisine at Bellagio’s Le Cirque 🎪

Visited the classic French restaurant Le Cirque inside the Bellagio on New Year’s Day! 🥂 The restaurant is quite small with limited seating, but the service was exceptionally warm. The waiter shared a fun fact—the interior decor, including the tables and chairs, hasn’t changed in 25 years! 🪑✨ 🍷 Menu Highlights: Unlike their regular menu, New Year’s Day offered only two options: a 4-course or 6-course meal. We tried both. The 6-course added pan-seared foie gras (absolutely divine – tender like panna cotta!) and a fish dish. Everything tasted great, though not sure it was worth the extra $200. 🍷 Portion Notes: If you thought Joël Robuchon servings were small, Le Cirque’s are even tinier 😅… The gnocchi came with just three small pieces. The Wellington was decent, but the pastry felt undercooked and too soft—flavor was okay though. As the waiter joked, “Out of the 200+ for the 4-course meal, 100 probably goes to the caviar, crab, and 24k gold foil!” 🦀🍾✨ Makes you think… 💭 📍 Location: Le Cirque at Bellagio Hotel & Casino, 3600 S Las Vegas Blvd. Visiting on a regular day might offer more choices and better value—but still, a memorable experience! 💫 Have you dined at Le Cirque?
